If the defender wins a challenge, the claim effect does not take place. If any challenge is not blocked by at least 1 strength, the attack is Unopposed, and the attacker gains 1 power. If your opponent’s faction card has no power, this does nothing. If you win a Power challenge as the attacker, you may move power equal to your claim value from the defender’s faction card to yours.
